I decided to take care of my webapplication "Codebase" one more time. There have been a lot of things that I suggested not to be that good. One basi thing was the design, it was really awful. So I took the time to create an absolutely new one! I also recognized that Codebase does not just have to be a code collaboration website, it had to be more than that. That's why I also implemented some math tools, and I think I will implement even more than that. You might want to set up CodebaseR3 on your webspace as well, so you can read some installation instructions and more detailed information in the respective article under "My Projects" - "Webapplications" - "Codebase". All in all, Codebase R3 has changed extremely in comparison to Codebase R2:

• - the built in editor allows to insert tabs by hitting the tabulator button
• - PHP code is now also correctly displayed
• - some security risks have been fixed
• - completely new design
• - changed from jQuery to mootools
• - added a graph plotter and a (La)Tex Viewer/Math ML
• - added spam checks
• - added a badword filter (submissions containing those words will not be accepted)
• - improved integration for social communities
• - added an API for external usage of Codebase and Website integration
